Q: Do we have to get off the car and unload our baggage for the clearance at Hong Kong-Mainland?
A: No, this is not necessary. Clearance will be normally proceeded on board except for special request from Customs. As practice, unless customer's request we do the transit through Shenzhen Bay control point.
Q: In case our car is selected for customs random inspection, will you be responsible for anything confiscated?
A: Customs sometimes will inspect the car and check if it is registered and legal. In this situation, if there is anything confiscated by customs during inspection, we are sorry that we will not be responsible for the loss.
Q: Are all the expenses included in the rates of car rental service?
A: Point-to-point and round trip car rental services are inclusive of all toll, fuel, parking fee and driver labor cost. No additional fee involved. For hourly or daily charter rental service, the rate includes fuel and driver labor cost. Toll fee will be charged separately.
Q: Can I get extra discounts?
A: Sure, if you book our car rental service frequently, we will list you as VIP customer! The best bargain will be given with the most favorable price. For details, you may discuss with our customer service.
Q: What if the vehicle broke down on the way to destination?
A: We will arrange another car to pick you up as soon as possible so that the journey can carry on. We apologize for any delays caused.
Q: If I cannot make the time I booked, can I come late?
A: You are advised to inform our driver for the time change in advance. ¥200 per hour will be charged if any waiting/delay over 30 minutes is caused by you without any prior notification.
